Certain products or services may have limited quantities. Every effort has been made to display accurately the colour and items listed in the store.
We do not guarantee that your phone or computer monitor’s display of any colour is accurate.
Rebozo’s are handmade in Mexico. Each rebozo is made with love, care and pride. Due to their unique and authentic craftsmanship, there may be minor imperfections. This does not impact their usage and adds to the individual personalisation of each one.
Midwife Alex reserves the right to limit the sales of our products and services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
Midwife Alex reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All descriptions of products or services are subject to change at any time without notice, at our discretion.
Returns and Exchange
Validity Period
Our return policy is valid for 28 days from the date of purchase. After 28 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any physical item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging. Certain items from the Midwife Alex store cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if you simply change your mind. Gift certificates and online courses are non-refundable.
Proof of Purchase
You must provide proof of purchase and return the item within 28 days in the condition specified above to qualify for a refund.
Postage Costs
Midwife Alex is not responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be granted for products that show signs of use, have been opened, are not in their original packaging, are damaged, or are returned after the 28-day period.
Notification and Processing
You will be notified by email about the status of your refund, whether approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Sale Items
Refunds are not available for sale items.
Exchanges
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact enquiries@midwifealex.com.
Shipping and Stock Policy
Stock Accuracy
Midwife Alex strives to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. In the event of a stock discrepancy, we will contact you to determine whether you prefer to await restocking or receive a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are collected with your purchase. The shipping price displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost for the customer. Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after placement.
Transit Times
Midwife Alex is not responsible for transit times, as these can vary significantly depending on the courier and your location. Items will be shipped to the address provided at checkout, which can be changed up until the point of dispatch.
Tracking
If tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent to you to monitor the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates from the courier.
International Shipping
Currently, international shipments are not available. Please contact customer service for inquiries regarding international shipping.
GST
Goods and Services Tax (GST) has been applied to all items listed on our website.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
For parcels damaged in transit, a refund or replacement will be provided once the courier completes their investigation into the claim. In cases where parcels are lost in transit, we will process a refund or replacement after the courier has conducted an investigation and confirmed the parcel as lost.
